BUNGEE KIDS - Bungee Kids is a new & fun way to “move, learn & grow” while FLYING! Kids will learn proper Bungee technique from certified instructors, while playing fun and challenging games to develop body control and coordination. Classes are grouped based on age: 5-7 / 8-10/ 11-13 yrs

YOGA - Miss Rachel teaches a variety of all level classes including Vinyasa (also called flow, because of the smooth way the poses run together), Hatha (meaning “force” and thus alludes to a system of physical technique) & Yin Yoga (a slow paced style of yoga with postures and breath work).
